Our mission is to increase the federal\, state and local government contract award dollars to businesses in Northwest Louisiana.  Our coverage area is the parishes of Bienville\, Bossier\, Caddo\, Claiborne\, Desoto\, Lincoln\, Natchitoches\, Red River\, Sabine and Webster.\n\nTheir dedicated staff offer FREE one-on-one business counseling services to help you identify potential markets for your product or service and help you create professional bid proposals.
