SUMMARY:Women's Only Jiu Jitsu
DESCRIPTION:Have you thought of training Jiu-Jitsu but were apprehensive about being in a co-ed environment? Have you told yourself you want to do Jiu-Jitsu\, but it seems aggressive and intimidating? Are you willing to participate in our once-a-month women's only Jiu Jitsu classes? If the answer is "YES!" to all or any of the above questions\, then you are invited to join us!\n\nThese sessions will replace our bi-annually Women Self-Defense seminars and will be held at 6 pm on the last Friday of each month. Each month\, a new event will be created to remind you of the date and time of the class\, so please invite and share with your friends!\n\nAll that is required is a $10 drop-in fee\, the signing of a release agreement\, the wearing of proper attire\, and a receptive and energetic attitude!\n\nThere is no contractual obligation involved with this event and it is open to the public ages 11 and up.
