Kiwanis Pancake Festival and Color Run 5k

The Kiwanis Club of Natchitoches is hosting its 4th annual Kiwanis 5K Color Run and Pancake Festival. The festival style event will take place at Northwestern State University’s Collin's Pavilion on October 9th, 2021. This event will include a 1-mile fun run and 5K Color Run with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the 5K race for each age group and a male and female overall winner. Along the route, there will be volunteers throwing color at those who want to participate. The pancakes will be FREE to all guests. Yep, we said FREE PANCAKES!  The Pancake Festival will also offer a wide array of events including: a pancake eating contest, pancake flipping contest and a free Kids Zone that includes painting and bounce houses. The breakfast itself will include delicious pancakes, sausage and your choice of beverage (milk, coffee or orange juice). 

There will be face painting, bouncy houses, and more. 100% of the funds raised will go to the Natchitoches community's children through service projects, school supplies, literacy projects, and more. Donations will be accepted.
