This presentation\, led by experienced clinical social workers\, will explore practical approaches to patient engagement and rapport building in telehealth settings. Attendees will learn techniques to enhance communication\, build trust and ensure patient-centered care by utilizing social work skills ultimately improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.\n\n\n\nThe program is targeted to both students\, faculty and professional nurses\, social workers and others interested in telehealth.
