Project LIFT Launches ''Home Safety Edition'' - Free Smoke Detectors for Insured Households

Natchitoches, LA - 12/4/25 - As part of its commitment to community safety and support, Project LIFT - an outreach initiatives of J W Odom & Associates, LLC - is proud to announce the launch of the Home Safety Edition program, offering free smoke detectors to households with homeowners or renters insurance.

Residents who bring in their current insurance declaration page will receive a smoke detector at no cost and with no purchase required. In addition, those who allow a free, no-obligation insurance policy review will receive a free carbon monoxide detector as a bonus - whether or not they choose to alter their coverage.

• Limit: one set per household; available while supplies last.

3. Local pickup, meet-up delivery, and limited front-door delivery available
