Minimum Qualifications

Master's in accounting, business administration, or closely related field required. Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Licensure preferred. Documented higher education teaching experience is preferred. Preference given to applicants with demonstrated higher education teaching experience in accounting courses. Applicants should possess extensive knowledge in accounting, higher education teaching using a variety of technologies, and a documented record of higher education teaching performance in both face-to-face and online classes. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Duties and Other Information

Teach 15 credit hours of accounting courses, maintain office hours, advise/counsel students, serve on various committees and assist in program development. Meet School of Business defined AACSB professional or scholarly qualifications. Participate in professional service activities within the college, university, or above. Other duties as assigned by the Director of the School of Business.
