19th Annual Juried Competition and Exhibition hosted by Natchitoches Art Guild

The Juried Competition and Exhibition will open to the public on August 1^st and will hang through August 28^th.  On Saturday, August 4^rd, the gallery will be closed from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for judging. The gallery will re-open at 5:00 p.m. A reception and awards presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. when Dr. Holcombe will reveal his selections of the prize winning pieces.  Additionally, visitors to the gallery will have the opportunity to cast ballots for the Peoples’ Choice Award beginning  August 1st and up to the presentation ceremony at 7:00 p.m. The recognition will be presented later that evening along with the other awards which will include the Annie Laurie Hand Award for Innovation and Creativity, The Natchitoches Art Guild Memorial Award, several merit awards, and the Best of Show Award. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend the exhibit and the reception.
