The Christmas Angel Pageant Committee has announced the deadline for entries for the 19th Annual Natchitoches Christmas Angels Pageant has been set for Friday, September 23rd – no later than 5:00 p.m.  The pageant will be held Saturday, October 8th at 2:00 PM in the Northwestern State University Magale Recital Hall. Rehearsal is scheduled for Friday, October 7th at 6:00 PM.   Entry Fee is $50, with a $10 discount for the second child.  The contest is open to all young ladies enrolled in Natchitoches Parish Schools from Pre-Kindergarten (4 years old) to Sixth Grade and Seventh & Eighth Grade.  Judging is separate for the 2 different age categories.  Entry forms are available on  the Christmas Festival website, www.christmasfestival.com, or at the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce Office at 560 Second Street. 

A Queen and a 1st and 2nd runner-up will be chosen in each age group. The winning queen in each group will receive a crown and banner. The runners-up will receive trophies.  Every entrant in PreK-6th grade will receive a participation trophy. Admission to the October 8th Natchitoches Christmas Angels Pageant will be $3 for adults and $1 for children under the age of 12, including parents of contestants.  Spaces are limited, so it is recommended that entry forms be turned in as soon as possible.  Please either mail in or bring your entry form to the Natchitoches Christmas Angels, 560 Second Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457.  For additional information call the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce at 352-6894.
