Art Fun!damentals Kids Camp

Northwestern State University’s Department of Fine and Graphic Art will offer the Art Fun!damentals summer camp for children 5-11 years of age.  Three week sessions are available.
 
Session three, “Mr. Larrie Goes Camping!” will help students capture the experience of a camp out with instructor Larrie King. Participants will complete favorite summer camp crafts such as macramé, duct tape fashions, lanyard and rope braiding and more, along with s’mores and singing.
 
In addition to King, instructors will be artists Trey Gehring, Annabel Jones and Amanda Roe.
 
Times are 1-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.  Campers can be dropped off at the NSU Fine Arts Complex as early as 12:30 p.m. and picked up as late as 5:30 p.m.  Tuition is $145 for each week session, which includes a snack and all materials.  A sibling discount is available. Checks can be made payable to the NSU Foundation.
