Jon Griffin Donlon will discuss his new book, “Bayou Country Bloodsport: The Culture of Cockfighting in Southern Louisiana” on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum. Published by McFarland, “Bayou Country Bloodsport” uses a focus on cockfighting to probe the use of animals in sport and other closely related issues.
