Boogie on the Bricks/NSU Homecoming

After the Northwestern State Homecoming football game on Saturday, Oct. 15, enjoy a free concert and street dance in downtown Natchitoches.
 
Boogie on the Bricks will be held from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Front Street after the NSU home football game against Southeastern, which will kickoff at 6 p.m. at Turpin Stadium on Oct. 15.
 
The concert will feature the band Dollar Short, the official rock band of the Louisiana Swamp and Roll Show and the winner of the Best Band in St. Landry Parish for several years running.
 
Dollar Short brings to the stage a show that bridges the generation gap by mixing up classic rock, country, funk, zydeco and Top 40 from today and yesterday in a high energy show that appeals to audiences of all ages.

Beginning at 5:00 p.m. Front Street will close from Church Street to Horne Street.
