New Location for the Ninth Annual Friends of the Natchitoches Library, LLC Book Sale
 
NATCHITOCHES- The Friends of the Natchitoches Library, LLC will hold its ninth annual “Books for Bucks” book sale March17 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and March 18 from noon-3 p.m. at the Terrell Brothers furniture store at 310 Texas Street in Natchitoches.
So far, the Friends group has collected and sorted thousands of books for the book sale. There are a wide variety of books ranging from historical texts and biographies to romance novels and mysteries.  The Friends even have a special category for first edition and out-of-print books.  The Friends will also have Smithsonian, Gourmet, and Bon Appetite magazines available for purchase. 
As a non-profit, volunteer organization, the Friends of the Natchitoches Library, LLC encourages public interest and support of the Library. Funds raised by the Friends group are used to meet library needs not met through the traditional Natchitoches Parish Library budget.  Funding support includes but is not limited to the purchase of special equipment and sponsorship of special thematic library programs.
