 Calling all students!Don't miss out on the special student day promotion at this Saturday's market The student day promotion will feature giveaway of t-shirts while supplies last to students attending the market and a hands-on nutrition activity station by Jessica Salter-Shirely, an ACE Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, from 9:00 - 11:00 am. Students are also encouraged to participate in our third free Zumba class, which is a Latin-inspired dance fitness workout, from 8:30 - 9:30 am. The class will be instructed by Kimberly Davis who regularly teaches Zumba at Northwestern State University's Wellness, Recreation, and Activity Center. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to attend and encouraged to bring water and a towel. Incorporation of these activities into the fall markets is made possible by a health and wellness grant from the Foundation for the Mid South. |
