Nancy Boudreaux is the Training Program Manager for the Securities Division of Louisiana’s Office of Financial Institutions (OFI), the state agency that regulates securities and investigates complaints of securities fraud in Louisiana. With a B.S. in Psychology, Nancy’s career covered over 25 years in corporate training before joining OFI in 2010. Since joining OFI, she has been an invited guest speaker at numerous state and international conferences to help investors recognize and resist investment scams.
