Exotic Grill Marks 
Hop on over on Tuesday, June 26th for Kangaroo on the Barbie. Chef and Caterer Ben Fidelak, owner of Maison Louisiane Catering, is heating up the grill from 6p.m. to 8p.m. Look forward to Ostrich and Kangaroo, cooked to a perfect medium rare and fresh vegetables getting those beautiful grill marks. Drinks will be provided from Tobacco Warehouse to enhance the flavors. This gourmet Cooking Class will be $40 per person and reservations are required.
