WEDNESDAY:  
Not only will this conference provide tremendous learning opportunities, but each attendee will be treated to great entertainment and social times.  The Wednesday night opening reception will be hosted by the Tricentennial Committee at the Louisiana State Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum.  This private, after-hours event will feature great small plate items as well as beer and wine bar service.  Additionally, members of the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors will join us, as well as elected and community leaders.  This is a great time to catch up with old friends and make new ones!  After the reception, enjoy the sights and sounds of downtown Natchitoches along Front Street!

THURSDAY:  
Thursday, attendees will enjoy a catered dinner and bar on-site from the Stroud Room in the Northwestern State University Fieldhouse, with a great end zone view of the Demon's season opener, the "White Out" game versus Missouri St.--all in the comfort of an air conditioned room.  Guests will enjoy free parking passes and game tickets will be provided for those that wish to watch the second half from the stands (please let our office know if you plan to stay for the entire game).
