First-Time Homebuyer Class

Attendees will receive a 1st time homebuyer certificate valid for 1 year after completion of the class. Government loans require the certificate and Sabine State Bank requires them on all home loans. This class helps any interested individuals be more prepared for the costs associated with becoming a homeowner.
