Front Line Training (afternoon)

This is FREE training to help ensure our "front line" employees are the best cheerleaders and guides for Natchitoches!

Restaurant servers, hotel/motel receptionist and retail associates are all invited to this opportunity for training on how to answer questions often asked of front line employees by customers.

You will learn about local history, attractions, retail and dining options and will get some basic customer training as well.  Attendees will also receive documentation to show they have completed this training.

The class will take place at the La. Sports Hall of Fame Museum, located at 800 Front Street.  The museum will be closed to the public that day SO YOU MUST REGISTER in advance.  You will finish the class with a private tour of the Museum.
