It Starts with You: Running for Parish Office 101

The Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Parish office interest meeting Thursday, July 18, called “It Starts with You: Running for Parish Office 101”. This meeting will focus on the positions coming available for Parish President and the Parish Council. The meeting will be held from 5:15 PM to 6:30 PM, at the Municipal Building, 560 Second Street, Natchitoches. This public informational meeting is for all those interested in playing a role in the Parish races, whether planning to run for office or perhaps encouraging a qualified friend or colleague to run. There will be presentations by the Clerk of Court’s Office, the Chamber, and individuals who can answer questions about how to run for public office.
