Italy Dreamin'
After taking some time off from Cooking Classes to fish and write a novel, husband and wife duo are back! Dave and Andi Monsue learned how to cook Italian food in Italy and they are sharing their secrets with you! Their dishes are authentic and lick your fingers good. Some of the dishes will be Prosciutto and Carrot Bundles, Shrimp Sambuca, and for a Louisiana flair-Pasta with Crawfish Tails. There will also be a traditional Italian dessert to end the evening with. This Cooking Class is on Tuesday, January 15th from 6-8 p.m. and cost $40 per person.
