The gentlemen of Half Shell Seafood are doing it again! Due to high demand, Justin and James Rhodes are boilin' Crawfish for your delight. But the Crawfish doesn't stop there-enjoy Crawfish Pies, Crawfish Etouffee, Crawfish Day After Soup, and Crawfish Salad. For anyone interested, a few minutes before the class, we will have Crawfish Racing. Maggios will bring the drinks to cool your mouth off with. The fun starts at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18th. The class is $45 per person and reservations are required. Call 318-238-3600.
