Natchitoches-Northwestern Symphony Orchestra

This concert will feature two world premieres! Dr. Kenneth Olson, winner of five international composition competitions and chairman of the Arts Department at the Louisiana School for Math Science and the Arts, is writing a symphony for the Natchitoches-Northwestern Symphony! Also, Dr. Todd Gabriel, professor of theory and compositions and conductor of the Hurley School of Music Orchestra at Centenary College in Shreveport, is writing a flute concerto for NSU professor of flute, Dr. Dennette McDermott.
