NPFB - 1st Annual City of Lights Crawfish Cook-Off

Natchitoches Parish Fairboard will be hosting the 1st Annual City of Lights Crawfish Cook-Off! Each year this will be a fundraising event for organizations within the Natchitoches Community. This year we will be giving all proceeds to St. Vincent De Paul of Natchitoches and the Women's Resource Center of Natchitoches. We are excited to be working with both of these non-profits in order to give back to organizations that give so much to our community! The cook-off is open to the public and we encourage anyone who can cook a good batch of crawfish to enter!
