Pretty Shucking Good! at Cane River Kitchenware

It’s a great month –We’re not only having lobsters but we’re doing oysters every which way but! with the Boys from Half Shell Seafood. Oyster a’la Rhodes, Bienville, Rockefeller and more, and don’t forget the raw and the fried! Then, because it doesn’t get any better, we’re going to have Blackened Alligator and Alligator Picante Sauce. This class was scheduled for Weds, Sept 14, but it filled three weeks ago so we are going to have another one Weds, Sept 21, both classes are 6-8pm. Cost is $40 a person due to the cost of oysters, but once again, Maggio’s will be providing the wines and brews, so it’s a night not to be missed.Call 238-3600 for reservations.
