The challenge begins at 6p.m.-come see if she can do it! Bring an item and try to stump Executive Chef Susan Smith as she tries to create four courses using every item that each person brings. The process is exciting to watch and the results are delicious, different, and creative. Come judge her work onMonday, June 25th. The class is $40 per person. Be creative, it can be anything-spice, herbs, alcohol, chicken feet, or maybe just something you don't know what to do with. Spirits will be from Tobacco Warehouse.
