Small Business Training
Session 2:
In this session, we discuss the different ways to start a business. We will explore the advantages/disadvantages of buying a franchise, buying a business, and starting a business from scratch. We will also discuss finding and exploiting your Unique Selling Proposition (USP). USP is the reason a customer would do business with you instead of someone else.
Session Objectives:
- Developing your USP.
- Starting to develop a usable business plan.
- Which legal form of business is best for your situation?

The Small Business Training is free to ALL members and non-members but you must register ahead of time.
