Chef Susan Smith is at it again! Stump the Chef is back and I always look forward to this one. Everyone brings in a food item that Chef Susan from Sodexo at NSU has to create an entire meal with. You can bring in an item you are not sure how to cook or something you think will stump Chef Susan. We have had people bring in everything from can goods, pickled eggs, dragon fruit, chicken feet, and cloves. This class is entertaining to watch and the best part is that the end results are always delicious! This class is on Monday, January 14th from 6-8 p.m. and is $40 per person. Reservations are required-come by or give us a call at 318-238-3600.
