Chef Susan Smith of NSU Sodexco is ready for a challenge! Everyone will bring an item (such as a spice, meat, canned good, fruit, whatever!) and Chef Susan must use all the items to create a 5-course meal with- in the two hours she is given. Her creativity is fun to watch and you are sure to learn a few tips too! Plus the food always turns out delicious and even a little surprising. Make your reservations today for Monday, August 27th from 6-8p.m. Cost is $40 a person and spirits are provided by Tobacco Warehouse.
