Stump the Chef Although this Cooking Class is quite different from our other classes, it is truly wonderful and will get your creative cooking juices turning. Everyone brings in an item for Chef Susan Smith of Sodexo at NSU to use to create a 5-course meal for everyone, using all ingredients brought in. You can bring anything from a spice, fruit or vegetable, sauce, spirits, to even chicken feet if you d  are! This is a good way to learn how to cook with an item you are uncomfortable cooking or do not know what to do with. On the other hand you can always bring in something in hopes to Stump the Chef! Join the fun on Monday, September 24th from 6 to 8 p.m. for only $40 per person. Tobacco Warehouse will provide drinks to accompany your meal. |
