We are pleased to announce that The Landing will be hosting the "Wine Class"!! We have been approached by many of you and look forward to a great class. We will have the class in our upstairs banquet room and follow a similar class plan as you have seen in the past, with some fun changes. Each class you will be exposed to wines that have been selected based on seasons of the year, taking into account fresh foods that are common to those seasons. We will have tastings with each class to demonstrate ideas as well have selected cheeses and fruits that enhance the flavors of the selected wines. In addition we ask that you think about selecting your team, as we will also have some ongoing games, the winner will win the coveted "Golden Cork"! Please sign up at The Landing, the class will cost $100 per person and we ask that you bring you own glass, if you forget, we have plenty available. Our classes will start on February 13th and will continue for six weeks, every Wednesday. Of course we will have Steve Wells and Co. after the class downstairs in the Bar area and encourage you to go down and try out your new wine knowledge. Chef Sloan will be preparing special meals that will focus on the wines that we cover in each class, as well as a class dedicated to cooking with wine. We are looking forward to seeing you there!!!
