Visual Arts Academy Camp at NSU
Northwestern State University’s Department of Fine and Graphic Art will host a residential Visual Arts Academy for youth age 12-17. The camp will begin at noon Sunday, June 24 and conclude at noon Friday, June 29.
This year’s program will focus on painting techniques and instruction in acrylic and watercolor painting. In addition to art activities, campers will participate in art games, small projects and evening activities. Students will be housed at University Place residential facilities and take meals at Iberville Dining Hall.
Registration is $340 if postmarked by June 1 and $360 after June 1. Participation is reserved by a $50 non-refundable deposit or full payment. All balances are due on the first day of camp registration.
