Chef Ben Fidelak announces his latest event series.
 
Each Series consist of a 5 WEEK COURSE
 
Course offered as either Wednesday Night or Thursday Night Series
 
Series Dates are as follows:

Cost:          $95 per person (must be paid in advance)
Time:         6pm
Venue:       The Kitchen – 304 South Drive
Course Description:  Each week we will taste & learn about a minimum of 4 different varieties of wines from around the world.  Chef Ben will prepare a tapas style pairing to accompany each wine.  The primary focus of the course is on food pairing suggestions, taste profiles & growing regions.
