2024 Inaugural Emma Robinson Williams Education Foundation Fundraiser: Hats, Wine, and Cigars
9th Annual NYP Pub Crawl (2024)
Crawl the bricks of Front Street while enjoying food & drink specials along the way. This crawl is also a Poker Run, with prizes awarded to the best poker hand, best individual costume, and best group costume at the Finisher's Party. Stay tuned to hear about our grand prize! Additional random door prizes will be drawn throughout the night. Live music, free beer (2 per person), an event t-shirt, and a goody bag are also included for each registrant. We will have a check-in party from 3-6 pm on Friday, March 17. Location, TBD. Pub Crawl participants can stop by, and pick up their registration packet. For those unable to attend Friday, our Check-In/Packet Pick-Up will begin at 4 pm on Saturday and end at 6 pm. All cards must be turned in by 7 pm to be eligible to win prizes. Manhattan will be this year's featured entertainment! You don't want to miss it! By registering for the NYP Pub Crawl, you agree that you have read and accepted the following Waiver/Release: 1. I hereby, for myself release and forever discharge any and all claims for loss or damages which I may have hereafter accrue to me against the organizers and sponsors of the NYP Pub Crawl, including without limitation any sponsors, patrons, or supporters and their respective representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries which might be suffered by me in said event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my name, photographs, videotapes, or any other record of this event. I understand that on the Pub Crawl, I will stay on sidewalks, not open roads. I will not carry open intoxicants out of the bars/restaurants. The streets and intersections are NOT blocked by police officers, and I must and will obey all traffic laws and regulations for my personal well-being. I am of legal drinking age. This is not a race and I do not have to consume all seven drinks. I assume and accept all risks arising out of, associated with, or related to my participating in the NYP Pub Crawl, even though such risks may have been caused by the negligence of the Event planners; 2. TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE which I might sustain while participating in the NYP Pub Crawl, even though such injury, loss, or damage may have been caused by the negligence of the Event planners; 3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE EVENT PLANNERS: a) from any and all liability for any damage to the personal property of, or personal injury to, any third party resulting from my participation in the NYP Pub Crawl and all related activities; and b) from any and all claims, demands, actions and costs which might arise out of my participating in the NYP Pub Crawl, even though the negligence of The organizers/Event planners may have caused such claims, demands, actions, and costs. Please bring your ID at check-in - You must be 21 years of age.
