Park Operations Team Member
Summary:
Ensure the smooth daily operation of Dark Woods Adventure Park by assisting with park maintenance, guest services, and overall facility upkeep.
Responsibilities:
-Provide high-level customer service by assisting guests with park information and inquiries
-Monitor park cleanliness, including trash removal and restroom upkeep
-Assist with queue management, crowd control, and ensuring guest safety
-Support event setups, special attractions, and operational needs
-Perform basic maintenance and report facility issues to management
-Help with ticketing, parking conditions, and general guest flow
-Respond to guest concerns and help create a seamless experience
Qualifications:
-Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-Previous experience in theme parks, customer service, or maintenance a plus
