Outside Sales Representative
The Responsibilities of this Position Include but are not Limited to:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and referrals
- Answer with knowledge any questions the customer may have about available products and services - training to be provided
- Engage with current customers by preserving trusting relationships, completing annual follow ups, etc.
- Follow up with potential or new customers on all pending quotes
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals
- Keeping up with company product/service information and updates. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services to customers
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Measure customer satisfaction regularly and give feedback to management team
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience with Customer Service or Sales
