Outside Sales Representative

The Responsibilities of this Position Include but are not Limited to:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and referrals
  • Answer with knowledge any questions the customer may have about available products and services - training to be provided
  • Engage with current customers by preserving trusting relationships, completing annual follow ups, etc.
  • Follow up with potential or new customers on all pending quotes
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals
  • Keeping up with company product/service information and updates. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services to customers
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Measure customer satisfaction regularly and give feedback to management team
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience with Customer Service or Sales
