Estimator

We are looking for an on-site, full-time Estimator experienced in Fabrication and Structural Steel to join our team. This individual must be responsive, diligent, and innovative. This is a pivotal role in driving our projects forward, ensuring our bids are competitive. You’ll be collaborating with our team to create estimates that are precise, innovative, and aligned with client needs as well as building meaningful, respectful relationships while managing client expectations. Responsibilities: (List is not inclusive) • Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, promptly addressing client needs and project requirements to ensure timely and accurate bids. • Perform material take-offs, analyze labor and material costs, and assess project risks, ensuring every detail is accounted for. • Apply creative problem-solving and value-saving techniques to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness, always looking for smarter, better ways to deliver results without sacrificing quality. • Communicate openly with clients, project managers, and trade partners, ensuring clarity and integrity throughout the process.
