NPSB Announces New Director of Finance

NATCHITOCHES - The Natchitoches Parish School Board is proud to announce the appointment of Tammi Ritchie as the district's new Director of Finance.

Ms. Ritchie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of experience in school system finance, bringing a wealth of expertise in financial procedures, budget preparation, grant accounting, and annual financial reporting. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for accuracy, integrity, and leadership in financial management.

Prior to joining NPSB, Mr. Ritchie dedicated over 15 years of service to the Allen Parish School Board, where she served as Director of Finance and Accounting Coordinator. In these roles, she oversaw accounting operations, supervised school personnel, and implemented financial strategies that supported the district's long-term stability and success.

In addition to her extensive professional background, Ms. Ritchie has also contributed to education as an accounting instructor, teaching business and financial principles to students. Her experience in both instruction and financial leadership provides a unique perspective that will benefit the Natchitoches Parish School System.
