 A Season of Fine ForGIVING at the Library Natchitoches, LA, November 01, 2024 - The Natchitoches Parish Library's (NPL) "Fine ForGIVING" program has returned and will again be offering several unique opportunities for patrons to give back to the community while simultaneously reducing fines on their accounts.
