Part-Time & Full-Time Positions – Crawfish Season 2026
Louisiana Crawfish Company is gearing up for our busiest time of year, and we need energetic, friendly people to join our team! We’re looking for seasonal customer service stars to help us take orders, answer questions, track shipments, and make sure every customer gets their crawfish delivered on time.

Louisiana Crawfish Company is gearing up for our busiest time of year, and we need energetic, friendly people to join our team! We’re looking for seasonal customer service stars to help us take orders, answer questions, track shipments, and make sure every customer gets their crawfish delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phone, email, text, and live chat with that classic Louisiana charm
- Help customers with orders, tracking, delivery dates, and “where’s my crawfish?” questions
- Stay calm and quick during peak-season chaos (we ship a LOT!)
- Work closely with fulfillment to keep everything moving
- Positive attitude — you love people and love food
- Reliable & detail-oriented (perishables = no room for error)
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Available flexible hours (peak is Feb–June, weekends included)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right people!
- Part-time (15–25 hrs/week) & Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) available
- Hourly pay starting at $15/hr (based on skill)
