Technology Support Specialist
The Technology Support Specialist is responsible for providing daily technical support for all end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, classroom technology, and peripheral hardware. This position works directly with faculty, staff, and students to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, configure devices, and support the deployment of new equipment. The technician reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and works closely with the Enterprise Technology Specialist on broader technology initiatives.
This is a full-time position domiciled at the LSMSA campus. The position includes all benefits afforded to Louisiana state employees, including health insurance and retirement contributions.

Salary range for this 12-month position is $40,000 - $45,000.
