BPCC Theatre, Cavalier Players Present A Children's Tale: Chicken Little and Friends: or,The Sky is Falling!

The Performing Arts Program at Bossier Parish Community College and the Cavalier Players proudly present Chicken Little and Friends: Or, The Sky is Falling!, a children’s tale written by the founder of the BPCC Theatre Program, the late Professor Stephen W. Slaughter. Performances are scheduled for 7 pm on Friday, Feb. 14 and 21; 2 pm on Sunday, Feb. 16; and 4 pm on Saturday, Feb. 15 and 22 in the Stephen W. Slaughter Theatre, located in Building C on BPCC’s campus at 6220 E. Texas St. in Bossier City.

Convinced that the sky is falling, Chicken Little and her barnyard friends—including Henny Penny and Turkey Lurkey—set off on a mission to warn the king. Along the way, they face adventures and danger from a big bad wolf. But in this delightful tale, the wolf is no match for our courageous barnyard heroes. Told with Slaughter’s signature humor and charm, this play is perfect for children of all ages.

Tickets: Tickets are $5.00 for general admission. Visit bpcc.edu/theatre for more information.
